INTRODUCTION ® Metrologic’s ScanQuest Engines are miniature laser bar code scanners designed to be used in OEM applications and decode equipped OEM devices. The ScanQuest series provides fast, accurate, reliable scanning in a compact, lightweight package. Two engine models are available: the IS4125 and the IS4110. IR SENSOR ACTIVATION An infrared (IR) sensor located behind the scanner window initiates the scanning process.
