ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR FRONT WHEELS 5. To assemble the Front Axle: Flip Cart around so handle is in back. Using the Short Axle (#3) and using the “Assembly Order”, put Cotter Pin in hole, Washer, Small Spring, Washer, Small Wheel (#5) and last Washer.
