Setting, Changing and Deleting a File Lock A File Lock is a four-digit number you can use to lock individual records. It is not a password that you must enter each time you turn the device on. Note: When synchroniz- ing records, you must delete your File Lock if you want your locked files to be synchro- nized. Warning! Please write down your File Lock number and keep it in a safe location.
