PREPARATION FOR USE Unpacking and Setup • Carefully remove the unit from the display carton and remove all packing material from the unit itself. • The detachable AC power cord is packed in the carton separately from the unit. COMPACT DISC (CD) OPERATION TO PLAY A CD (STANDARD CD, CD-R AND CD-RW CAN BE USED) 1. Swtich the Function control to the CD position. Insert a CD. 2. CARE AND MAINTENANCE Caring for Compact Discs • Treat the compact disc carefully. Handle the compact disconly by its edges.
