Remove the two screws from the cover door as shown and lift door from motor. Install a 40-watt S-11 type incandescent lightbulb in the socket. Replace the door and re-insert the screws. HANGING THE FAN Step 8a. To hang the fan body in the canopy, hold the fan body firmly and insert the ball into the canopy opening. Check that no wires are pinched.
