THE COOLING FAN FOR THE CONTROLS Your appliance has a cooling fan fitted behind the controls to prevent them from overheating. The cooling fan will come on immediately when the grill is switched on and after a short time when the oven is in use. The cooling fan may run on after the oven or grill is turned off for a period of time to cool the appliance down. It may continue to switch on and off until the appliance is cool.
