Before Using Your Express Kettle Thoroughly clean your kettle before using.Fill the kettle to its max- imum capacity (1 litre) with water and boil. See boiling instructions. Cleaning Your Express Kettle CAUTION: Do not immerse kettle or power base in any liquid, or place in a dishwasher to be cleaned. 1. Turn off and unplug unit. Allow it to cool before cleaning. 2.
