REMOTE CONTROL The remote control works on one 3V "CR2025 type" lithium battery (included). To active the remote control, remove the insulation tab inserted in the battery compartment. To remove the tab, pull it in the direction of the arrow as shown in the illustration. If the operation of the remote control becomes unsatisfactory, replace the original battery with a new 3-volt lithium battery of the same type. 1. Volume Up( + ) / Down( - ) control Press the VOLUME Up(+) / Down(-) button on the remote control or main unit to adjust the volume to desired sound level. Operating the MUTE function When listening to an iPad/iPod/iPhone or while using the AUX IN, press the MUTE button on the remote to activate the mute function, the blue rings around the POWER and VOLUME Up/Down Buttons will begin flashing rapidly. Adjust the position of the support by turning the barrel shaped knob (located on the back of the assembly) either clockwise or counter-clockwise until the front padded part of the barrel touches the back of your iPad, iPod or Phone.
