                        CONTROLS & FEATURES DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS Fuel Valve The fuel valve controls fuel flow from the fuel tank to the carburetor. The engine will not  start or run unless this lever is held  against the handlebar.                         BEFORE OPERATION Grass Bag (HRR) A lawn mower works like a vacuum cleaner; it blows air through the  bag, which traps the grass clippings.
