INTRODUCTION 1 The LAN PC Card shown in Figure 1-1 (referred to as the 3C589D-TP PC Card in this guide) is a network adapter that allows you to connect your PC to an Ethernet network using a 15-pin network cable. You must use the latest NDIS.VXD (8/24/96 or later) to use the NDIS 4 driver with Windows 95 OSR2.The W95EL589.INF file loads the correct NDIS 4 driver for Windows 95.
