SPECIAL NOTE: When first using your mixer, you may note an off odor from the motor. This is normal and will dissipate as the motor is broken in. • Clean Before Using Before using your mixer the first time, wash the bowls, beaters and the dough hooks in hot soapy water with a dishcloth, rinse and dry.
