DOUBLE INSULATED TOOLS: TOOLS WITH TWO PRONG PLUGS 4. Tools marked “Double Insulated” do not require grounding. They have a special double insulation system which satisfies OSHA requirements and complies with the applicable standards of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., the Canadian Standard Association, and the National Electrical Code. Fastener Motor Housing Upper Blower Tube Blower Assembly Function Selector Blower Extension Mulch Bag Attaching and removing the Mulch Bag: 1. Position the Mulch Bag at the underside of the unit, with the pointed end of the bag toward the open end of the blower tube. Loop the opening in the Mulch Bag over the opening at the bottom of the Motor Housing. Tighten the cord on the bag around the edge of the opening on the Motor Housing. 2.
