The Navigation Keys The Navigation keys allow the operator to scroll through the 15 Cook/Hold programs, increase/decrease the cook times & temperatures of the pre-sets or change the controller parameters. Certain Navigation keys, if pressed during a Cook/Hold cycle, will display actual oven temperature or cancel the buzzer at the end of a Pre-Heat, Cook, or Hold cycle. The Controls (cont). Function Keys Hold : Starts the hold cycle of the program number shown in the display area. While in the programming mode, the hold button accesses the Hold time and temperature settings. Hold : function allows the operator to hold the product in the oven at a reduced temperature 0 0 (minimum 65 C maximum 80 C) with a pre-set time limit.
