BATTERY INSTALLATION Your FR-560FM requires three “AAA” alkaline cells or three rechargeable “AAA” cells. Alkaline batteries will provide the best performance from your transceiver. Remove the battery cover by rotating the belt clip away from the battery compartment. Slide the battery cover downward while applying pressure at the its grooved section. USING YOUR FR-560FM Turning the Transceiver On and Off (PWR) Pressing the PWR button (1) for 2 seconds will activate the unit.
