BASIC RULES FOR MEASURING • Avoid eating, smoking or any form of exercise prior to measuring. All these factors influence the result of the measurement. • Take time to relax seated in an armchair, in a calm atmosphere, for ten minutes prior to measuring. • While measuring, remain seated, calm and without moving or speaking. •
