INSTALLING THE BATTERY 1. Place the battery (label side up) on the back of the phone so the metal contacts match up on the battery and in the battery cavity. 2. Push the battery down into the battery cavity until it locks into place. 3. Place the battery cover over the battery and snap it into place. 8

REMOVING THE BATTERY 1. Make sure your phone is turned off. 2. Hold the phone face down. 3. Push up on the latch on the back of the phone and pull the back cover off. 4. ACTIVATING YOUR VIRGIN MOBILE ACCOUNT Before you can start talking, messaging, or downloading, you need to activate service with Virgin Mobile. You need your phone’s serial number to activate your Virgin Mobile account.
