INSTALLING THE BATTERY 1. Place the battery (label side up) on the back of the phone so the metal contacts match up on the battery and in the battery cavity. 2. Push the battery down into the battery cavity until it locks into place. 3. Place the battery cover over the battery and snap it into place. 8

REMOVING THE BATTERY 1. Make sure your phone is turned off. 2. Hold the phone face down. 3. Push up on the latch on the back of the phone and pull the back cover off. 4. ACTIVATING YOUR VIRGIN MOBILE ACCOUNT Before you can start talking, messaging, or downloading, you need to activate service with Virgin Mobile. You need your phone’s serial number to activate your Virgin Mobile account. PROGRAMMING YOUR PHONE Once your account is active, you’ll receive your Virgin Mobile phone number. When you are ready, follow these steps to program it into your phone: 1. Turn on your phone and wait for it to power up. 2. Dial ##VIRGIN# (that’s #-#-8-4-7-4-4-6-#) 3. You are now in the Programming menu. Scroll down to “Activate Phone” and hit “OK". 4.
