User Discretion Silent Arming : Your Carbine security system can be instructed to become armed or disarmed without the horn/siren chirps by the remote transmitter. To operate this feature at any time, simply press the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons at the same time to arm or disarm your security system without the chirp indications. 60 Second Re-Arming: If your Carbine security system has become triggered, the horn/siren will sound for 60 seconds and then stop and re-set to a fully armed condition. System Maintenance: The only maintenance that your Carbine security system requires is a periodic check of it’s operation to be sure that all functions are operating properly. The batteries supplied with your transmitter will usually last about 1 year. Heavier usage will shorten battery life.
