3 Overview The Kramer TOOLS 401C and 401DN are high performance format converters for s-Video (Y/C) and composite video signals. The 401C converts an s-Video input to two composite outputs as well as simultaneously to two s-Video (Y/C) outputs, with no signal degradation.
