Chapter 2 2 Preparations & Installation Installing and Configuring DVR-400 STEP1: Please power off the DVR-400 and unlock the DVR-400 swappable HDD tray STEP2: Remove the harddisk tray cover; connect your harddisk securely with the DC power cable and IDE cable in the harddisk tray.
