FORERUNNER AND WRIST STRAP CLEANING Introduction The Forerunner 201 is constructed of high quality materials and does not require user maintenance other than cleaning. Clean the unit using a cloth dampened with a mild Maintenance detergent solution and then wipe dry. Avoid chemical cleaners and solvents that may damage plastic components. CHARGING THE BATTERY Introduction The Forerunner 201 operates on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. This battery lasts as long as 15 hours when fully charged.
