Terminals are shipped with both batteries completely discharged. Charge the main battery pack for a minimum of four hours before initial use in the terminal! Resetting the Terminal There are two ways to reset the terminal: a soft reset and a hard reset. Soft Reset: Press and hold the CTRL + SFT keys.
