Activating your 3G Turbo Stick 1. When Mobile Connect Basic runs it will check if your T urbo Stick has been activated. Y our T urbo Stick must be activated and you must subscribe to a Mobile Internet plan f or your T urbo Stick to oper ate on the Bell Mobility network.
