The locking clip is stored on the back of the child restraint. You will need to use it with certain types of vehicle seat belts. 5.0 Assembling the Child Restraint Adult assembly required. KEEP GUTTERS CLEAR 1. Lay child restraint flat on back. Grab seat pad fabric in sitting area to expose the gutters .
