TO COOK 1. Place the base on a dry, level surface. Do not use on a tablecloth. 2. Pour appropriate amount of cool water into the base. Use measuring cup provided: 40 ml (1.35 oz.) for up to 4 hot dogs, and 50 ml (1.7 oz.) for 5 or 6 h ot dogs.
