                        The remote will only operate an iPod when it is docked in the iSongBook. When it comes time to  replace the remote’s battery, use only a major brand name 3V Lithium battery with model number  compatible with CR2025. Slide the battery cover off and install the new battery with the positive  “+” side facing up.  Note: The remote control functions are not affected by the “hold” switch on an iPod.
