                        Major Components 3.4 BATTERY CHARGER The battery charger utilizes energy from the utility power and pre- cisely regulates it to continuously float charge the batteries.                         Installation 4.0 INSTALLATION 4.1 PREPARATION 1. Visually inspect the UPS for freight damage. Report damage to  the carrier and your local dealer or Liebert representative.
