Step 3: Preparing the battery pack (continued) Battery duration A fully charged battery pack lasts for about: • Approx. 6 hours when you use the handset continuously • Approx. 7 days when the handset is in standby mode. Step 4 Entering the area code When you use this phone for the first time, or move to an area that has a different area code, you must enter your home area code. Otherwise, you cannot use some functions of this phone and the Caller ID functions.
