MEMORY FULL When the answering system memory is full, the system answers after 10 rings. You should erase some messages so the answering system may record new messages. ERASING MESSAGES You may erase messages three ways: one message at a time from the base; all messages from the base; or one message at a time from the handset or a phone in another location. 1. TELEPHONE SET UP PROGRAMMABLE MENUS There are four programmable menus available on the handset: Language, Local Area Code, Ringer Tone and Factory Default.
