Installing the Telephone on a Desk or Tabletop Place the Base Unit on a desk or tabletop, and plug one end of the Telephone Line Cord (supplied) into the "TELLINE" jack on the Base. Low Battery Indicator When the Battery Pack in the Handset is very Iow and needs to be charged, the TALK/BAITlOW LED flashes every 3 seconds. If this occurs while you are on the phone, a short alert beep will also sound. When this happens, complete your call as quickly as possible, and return the Handset to the Base Unit for charging.
