Aastra Web UI 1 Click on Advanced Settings->Global SIP->Codec Preference List. 2 In the Codec Preference List 1, select a codec 9 (with its payload type) you want the phones to use. Valid values are 5 to 90, in increments of 5 milliseconds. 5 In the “Silence Suppression” field, enable or disable as applicable.
