ADCP-96-015  Issue 1  July 2004 3 MOUNTING THE CABINET ON A FIBERGLASS MOUNTING SLEEVE The FMS-20000, shown in Figure 3, is a fiberglass and polymer concrete sleeve that may be used to support the cabinet at ground level. The FMS may also be used as a splicing vault. Four vertical racks are molded into the sides of the FMS to accommodate removable rungs (not provided).
