Power Supply (2) 2 Using and Charging the Battery Pack Charge the Battery Pack before using it for the first time. Normally, the Battery Pack can be charged around 500 times. With normal daily use, your Battery Pack can last for 1.5 years. When fully charged, the Battery Pack can operate an estimated 3 ~ 4 hours of continuous playback. Detaching Battery Pack 4 Detaching the Battery Pack from the unit If the player is not going to be used for a long period of time, we recommend you detatch the Battery Pack. Even if the unit is powered down, the unit is still consuming some power in STANDBY Mode. This could lead to over discharging of the battery.
