Turning the Printer ON/OFF The printer can be turned ON/OFF using the power switch on the right side of the printer body. Be sure to observe the following instructions in order to prevent unexpected problems. Online and Offline When the printer can receive data from the computer and print the data, the printer is in the state of "Online", and when the printer is disconnected with the computer and cannot receive data, the printer is in the state of "Offline".
