The type to use depends on your requirements and on the properties of your network. The Live View page provides access to MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG video streams, as well as to single JPEG images. GOV Settings The GOV structure describes the composition of the MPEG-4 video stream. Setting the GOV-length to a high value saves considerably on bandwidth.
