Lift the rear of the printer cover to remove. To re-install, hook the pawls on the cabinet and close. Caution: The paper cutter is mounted on the printer (receipt side). Installing the cash register 1 Find a stable surface near an AC outlet where the cash register will not be subject to water sources or direct sunlight. Since the rechargeable batteries have been discharged, please charge the batteries for one or two days before using the cash register for the first time. To charge the batteries, set the mode switch to a position other than “OFF” with the power cord plugged into the AC outlet.
