Your Fresh Air Dryer The only tumble dryer to bring outdoor freshness to your clothes. Conventional tumble dryers work by gently tumbling the load from the washing machine. The load is tumbled in a current of warm air evaporating the moisture until dry. Your new dryer has been built using the latest Hotpoint technology and comes with an additional fresh air feature. Electrical Requirements WARNING: This appliance must be earthed! Supply REFER TO THE RATING PLATE FOR VOLTAGE AND CURRENT REQUIREMENTS. (see diagram for location.) How to remove and clean the fluff filter A very important part of your dryer is the fluff filter at the Position of filter front edge of the drum. It’s there to trap the particles of lint and fluff which are normally blown away when clothes are dried on the washing-line. if the filter is allowed to become blocked, the passage of warm air through the drum will be severely restricted.
