SECTION II ROUTINE MAINTENANCE A. CLEANING A schedule should be established for periodic inspection, cleaning, and removal of lint from various areas of the dryer, as well as throughout the ductwork system. The frequency of cleaning can best be determined from experience at each location. Maximum operating efficiency is dependent upon proper air circulation. NOTE: REGULATOR PRESSURE IS TO BE SET AT 80 PSI (5.51 BARS). B. LUBRICATION MONTHLY The two (2) bearings that support the impellor/fan shaft must be lubricated. Use Shell Alvania #2 grease or its equivalent. Generically, this grease would be described as a NLGI Grade 2 multipurpose industrial grease with a lithium thickener and mineral base oil.
