General Weighing Operation 1. Place the scale on a hard, level surface. Uneven surfaces may affect accuracy. 2. Press the "On/Tare/Off" button to turn the scale on. 3. Place the item to be weighed onto the platform. The weight will display. As you add weight, the weight displayed increases. 4. When the weight is removed, the display will return to zero. 5. To Save Nutritional Values into Memory 1. Follow steps 1 – 6 of the 'To Display Nutritional Values' section. 2.
