4. GETTING STARTED Charging the battery Your UTSTARCOM Wireless phone is equipped with a Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) battery. Charge the battery before using the phone for the first time. 5. MAKING AND ANSWERING CALLS Making Calls Use the number buttons to enter the phone number. If you enter the wrong digit, press the Right Soft Key to delete the number or press and hold to clear the entire entry. When a call is established, you will hear a connecting prompt tone.
