General information ■ Access codes Security code The security code helps to protect your phone against unauthorized use. It has 5 to 10 digits. The preset code is 12345. Change the code, and keep the new code secret and in a safe place separate from your phone. To change the code, and to set the phone to request the code, see Security settings, 48. If you enter an incorrect security code five times in succession, the phone ignores further entries of the code. Wait for 5 minutes and enter the

1. Get started ■ Install the SIM card and the battery Keep all SIM cards out of the reach of small children. For availability and information on using SIM card services, contact your SIM card vendor. 3. Carefully lift the SIM card holder from the finger grip of the phone, and open the flip cover. 4.
