2. Water-Cooled Condenser a) Connection to an Open Drain System • Condenser water supply inlet is 1/2" female pipe thread (FPT). 1. Cleaning Procedure 1) Dilute 27 fl. oz. (800 ml) of Hoshizaki "Scale Away" with 5 gal. (19 l) of warm water. 2) Remove all ice from the evaporator and the storage bin.
