Antenna preparation Unpack the AM antenna and snap it’s cylindrical end onto the base/mounting plate. Stretch out the twisted cord and Insert the small rectangular plug at the end into the socket located at (19) on the back of the radio. Note, this plug is keyed and only fits one way.
