Since 3/11 Turn-Nado EVS Lathes INTRODUCTION Safety Foot Brake This lathe is equipped with a foot brake (see AG Figure 9) to quickly stop the spindle instead of allowing it to coast to a stop on its own. Pressing the foot brake while the spindle is ON also cuts AH power to the motor. After the foot brake is used, the spindle lever must be returned to the OFF (middle) position to reset the spindle switches before spindle rotation can be re-started. AJ AI Spindle Lever F
