Operating Instructions General information The cooking surface is made of proven ceramic glass. and consists of 4 cooking zones. The rapid glowing cooking zones are especially efficient radiant heating elements which will considerably reduce the duration of heating--up. The cooking surface is insensitive to rapid chan- ges in temperature. Pots can therefore be moved from a hot to cold zone. When switching on a cooking zone you may hear a short buzz.
