OPERATION Messages on the display (only for model DVD 4620) The following messages may appear on the display of your DVD 4620 player: HELLO Indicates that the device is ready to operate. OPEN The disc tray is opening. CLOSE The disc tray is closing. LOADING The disc is read. NO DISC No disc has been inserted. If a disc is inserted, it perhaps cannot be read. AUDIO AND VIDEO CONNECTIONS 3 Audio/Video connection to a TV with S-Video and stereo audio input If your TV has an S-Video input, it is recommended that you use this Video con- nection. The S-Video connector is distinguishable by its 4 pins, as shown on the left side. S-Video separates brightness and colour signals, resulting in a higher S-Video socket video quality than standard composite video.
