Chapter 3: Installation 3.8 Compatibility The IC502A complies with the USB 3.0 specification. However, Black Box Corporation does not guarantee that all USB 3.0 devices are compatible with the IC502A, because there are a number of different configurations that may impact the operation of USB 3.0 devices over extended distances.
