BEFORE TAKING A MEASUREMENT To ensure a reliable reading follow these recommendations: 1. Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before taking a measurement. USING THE MEMORY FUNCTION Every time you complete a measurement the monitor stores the blood pressure and pulse rate in the memory. The monitor automatically stores up to 60 sets of measurement values (blood pressure and pulse rate).
