Introduction Thank you for purchasing the OMRON M1 Plus Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. The OMRON M1 Plus is a manual inflation blood pressure monitor, operating on the oscillometric principle. It measures your blood pressure and pulse rate simply and quickly. Slide the battery cover in the direction of the arrow while pressing the ribbed part of the cover. 3.
