During a Call Your phone has several functions which you might find helpful while a call is in progress. Changing the Earpiece Volume To change the earpiece volume during a call • Press the volume keys (UP or DOWN) on the side of the phone. Pressing UP increases the volume. Sending Tone Signals To use telephone banking services or to control an answering machine, you need to use codes.
